Naomi had woken up to find that her Flotter doll had somehow over night become human.

After some minutes of initial confusion, Naomi realized that this must have been Fandom's latest surprise

Flotter had insisted that he wanted to see what Fandom Island looked like, so rather than keep him cooped up and complaining all the time. Naomi decided that the best thing was to keep Flotter out of the cabins, and she didn't want him to be grouchy, and so she decided to take him on a tour of Fandom.
